I think the best things about manorian are not in their big scenes (though I freaked out in all of them), but in the details.
Dorian remembering Manon's name and her name only. It catches me every time
Manon coming to adarlan with literally no excuses, just to see him
Dorian starting the princeling/witchling thing with poison in his body and murderous witches around because he couldn't not flirt
Dorian despairing and screaming for no one to shoot when he saw she was injured in Abraxos
He teasing and irritaiting her not to flirt but because he saw the way she looked like she was just waiting for death to claim her
He saying he would pass the limit between killing for protection and killing for pleasure and would kill her grandmother for what she did to her. We don't talk enough about this
He brushing her hair away from her face. We definitely don't talk enough about this
Dorian holding Manon's waist when he climbed on Abraxos though he didn't need to
And whatever she said to him that made him smile. Truly smile. (I was crazy to know what she said to Dorian when I read it but I think even sjm doesn't know, she just threw it there and left us suffering).
The fact that their sleeping bags were next to each other every night. They are cute.
Manon pretending to herself that she wasn't jealousy of Vesta flirting with Dorian.
Manon screaming his name when she thought he was in danger. Twice. And then getting mad and calling him an idiot.
There is probably more and I just don't remember, I think I'll be adding more moments
